Ayaka lives with roommates. One day, she is caught in the rain while waiting for her boyfriend when she happens upon an umbrella that had been thrown away. She picks it up but, after that, she is nowhere to be found. The umbrella, in fact, had a frightening story behind it… Inspired by an old Japanese tale about a supernatural or “yokai” umbrella, the film won the Occult Award, which was presented by a YouTube channel that focuses on the occult.
