Shatara Michelle Ford (Writer/Director/Producer) is a black American filmmaker born in rural Arkansas and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a 2014-2015 Film Independent Project Involve Fellow and her script, QUEEN ELIZABETH was featured on the 2017 Black List. TEST PATTERN is her debut feature.
